Don’t bite off more than you can chew. It takes time to get around on muddy country lanes, factor in getting stuck behind tractors, jams on the M4/M3/A303 and other unavoidable potential dramas. 
A viewer frazzled by the stress of delays to an over ambitious itinerary, won’t be in the right frame of mind to view houses, and may not even ever appear, at the right place, at the right time. We understand this, so with mobile phones, and an ability to re arrange things, we can often handle a delay, but we would rather it to be the exception rather than the rule. 

Selling your own house

Clearly, if you live within our area of coverage, we’d be delighted to advise on what you are likely to achieve on the sale of your own property. When budgeting, we would suggest working out your figures using the lower end of a range. In the event that you ultimately realise a better figure, this might represent a new kitchen or bathroom refurbishment, which can come as a welcome boost to your plans.
