Upavon is a thriving and pictuesque village around 5 miles south of Pewsey.  The River Avon runs north to south through the village and Salisbury Plain is nearby there is much to see and many great walks.  Upavon benefits from many amenities including an awarding winning independent shop, two pubs - The Antelope and The Ship, doctors surgery and primary school.  There is also the nearby Upavon Golf Club.  From Upavon there is easy access to the city of Salisbury to the south and nearby towns of Devizes to the west and Marlborough to the north.
